I met Randall years ago when he was working as a closer with Russel Brunson at ClickFunnels. As I was listening to Randall's sales call, I was so intrigued by how the conversation went completely opposite than I thought. Normally on sales calls, you hear the pitch and then decide. Randall did the opposite, he allowed me to express my concerns and walked me through them, gave me advice (not knowing if I'd join or not) and by the end, I was ready to join.
I wondered how he was able to do that. He created an environment for me of service vs how so many others do it in making it feel so salesy and completely unheard.
A few years later, I'd grown a great following that was asking for more of my time and my team and we created a product that I knew would change lives. I recalled how Randall made me feel in the sales call and wondered if he could help train me and my team.
I reached out and this was exactly what he was doing. Training others to take the slime out of higher ticket item sales and lead with service as he'd done in my sales call. I immediately signed up and he set me up with Deborah who was basically the project manager/integrator (and now BFF) on rolling this out perfectly. She set up a seamless workflow, trained my team, and went over and beyond by referring top talent that has been an absolute blessing to my business. One of our favorite parts ever was working with Deborah. She continues to go above and beyond.
Because we learned to serve vs 'sell', smooth out the processes to get calls, applications forms in place, and get the results for our clients, we sell out of our program each time we put it out to the market.
I had plenty of questions along the way and they helped me navigate some tricky waters and new territory as they've had years of experience with this process.
